Ward was born in MonroeLouisiana, on April 15,1976. Ward was a student at Monroe Christian School, a Christian private school for children. She was a student at Ouachita High School to complete the second semester of her education. She then transferred into River Oaks High School after the school year ended. After graduatingshe briefly went to Northeast Louisiana University. Ward aged 13 started modeling shortly after leaving school. She moved to New York to pursue this career. Her acting career started a few more years further down the line. In the 1970s, she was a part-time actress with no credit on the daytime soap All My Children. Then she landed a short-lived role as NBC's prime time teen-drama Malibu Shores. Ward was cast in her debut part on the Sunset Beach daytime soap opera in which she played virginal Meg Cummings. She began her quest for her own film career, playing her psychological Brittany Foster in the erotic film The In Crowd. The movie was a commercial disappointment in the theater, however it had some successes on home and cable. In the following year, Ward was in a cameo character in the movie Shallow Hal. She has also acted in several other direct-to DVD films and has made guest appearances on a variety of TV shows, most notably Friends. In 2009she got the part of Chloe Kmet, the mother to a little girl on the ABC Family drama Make It or Break It. For her private life, she's married to David C. Robinson. With him they had Cameron.
